Sounds like a good plan. I just have to wonder how clued in the parents of such a - sorry - rude brat would be. I was afraid that question would turn into a "hate on unions" thread in the comments. Unions may not be necessary in some fields, but teaching is a different animal. Teachers buy Plavix can be (and are frequentely) groundlessly accused of abuse or molestation and it can absolutely ruin his/her career; they need protection. Less dramatically, without unions, teachers could be fired if a parent complains, without recourse. Teachers have a lot of different parties to satisfy: parents, students, administration, school board, etc. If one of those parties has a problem with the teacher, even if that parent, student, administrator, etc is wacko, the teacher can lose his or her job. Unions protect generic Plavix against this by not allowing teachers to be fired on a whim. Administrators are enormously powerful but also often cowardly or inept; sometimes it would be easier to fire the teacher than just deal with a problem. It's actually not as hard as everyone thinks it is to fire a teacher with tenure. It happens all the time. All it takes is some effort to document the problem on the part of the administrator. Unfortunately, many administrators can't be bothered.My husband teaches at a charter school without a union Plavix 75mg. He worries every day about being fired on a whim. They can make him work ridiculous hours, teach extra classes, advise after-school clubs even if he doesn't have time for it, and he can't say no. The administrators kowtow to the powerful parents, so if a student never turns in any work and subsequently fails a class, my husband can can be made to change the grade because that parent threw a fit in the principal's office. It's easy to hate on unions. They're a convenient whipping boy. And, yes, sometimes they do get in the way. But generally, they do more good than harm.
